The attached patches convert t/op/number.t and t/op/literal.t from Perl to PIR. Pretty straight forward, but literal.t had a short test for literals in pasm. Should that be reproduced somewhere?

The number.t patch was applied as r42482, thanks! The literal patch is being tested now.
