Description

From #parrot today:

14:58 < colomon> http://www.harmonyware.com/perl/cotanh.t.valgrind.log
...
15:04 <@whiteknight> the "Conditional jump or move depends on uninitialized value(s)" warnings are much more worrisome
15:05 <@whiteknight> looks like that's a problem in compilers/imcc/parser_util.c:INS() that we could resolve pretty quickly
15:11 <@whiteknight> in fact, if somebody opens a ticket for that issue and assigns it to me, I'll fix it tonight

I think I have this one fixed in r41995. Awaiting independent verification (which will probably have to wait until Rakudo is stable again)

Moritz,

Can you see whether this works with latest Rakudo?

Thank you very much.

I'm going to close this ticket now. The warning mentioned in the report hasn't been showing up for me and we obviously haven't seen any problems crop up related to it in the year since this ticket was created. We can open a new ticket if we have a specific problem to deal with.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
