I closed that ticket, but that closing was probably premature, as two tests in ''t/pmc/threads.t'' have remained `TODO`-ed for two years.  We didn't pick up on this in part because the comment in the source code had a typo in the RT number.  So we need a Trac ticket to track the two tests.
