[PATCH] [CAGE] Almost fix 'make doc_tests'

Attached is a patched fixing most of the POD errors found while make doc_tests-ing.

There's one remaining in CREDITS that was introduced a few days ago when the file became a perl script (to generate an author file for git IIRC). I'm not quite sure on how to fix it, but Pod::Simple::Checker seems to complain about the weird characters on line 2. I think I'll cowardly let someone savvier than me handle this last file. :)

Patch applied in  r35120.

I added one blank line after =pod in CREDITS. That got it to pass podchecker.

If I hear no objection, I will close ticket in a day or so.
