pirc breaks headizer

Description

As of r43711, make headerizer fails with the following message: 

can't find HEADERIZER HFILE directive in 'compilers/pirc/src/main.c' at tools/build/headerizer.pl line 521.
make: *** [headerizer] Error 255

I'd love to bisect this and figure out a fix, but it's late so I'm filing a ticket. Once headerizer fails with a different message (or succeeds), this ticket can be closed.
