1490	remove prederef__ op and supporting code	cotto		"The {{{prederef__}}} is currently unused, untested and seems to have been unused since we ripped out the old jit runcore.  I propose that this op and any code that supports it be removed.  Technically this would require a deprecation, but the documentation specifically says ""Internal opcode to prederef opcodes on the fly.
