149	Add capability for trying different library names to DBDI::SQLite3	donaldh	whiteknight	"This patch extends ext/SQLite3/SQLite3.pir to try multiple library names when dlopening libsqlite3. It's called cygsqlite3-0 on Cygwin so the s/lib/cyg/ magic in src/dynext.c is defeated.

The patch makes it trivial to add more library names but only libsqlite3 and cygsqlite3-0 are tried at the moment. This is needed to get DBDI working on Cygwin.
