1545	Properly split the headerizer	petdance	petdance	"There's a Parrot::Headerizer module that has some of the headerizer functionality in it.  There's the original tools/build/headerizer.pl.  And there is some functionality that is in both, which was very frustrating for me when I was changing code in tools/build/headerizer.pl that never got executed because the function I had modified had been copied (but not moved) into Parrot::Headerizer and that's where it was getting executed.
