r48710 makes module loading in Rakudo segfault

Description

Starting with parrot r48710, Rakudo segfaults during module loading.

This completely kills Rakudo's spectest target, and should be repaired or reverted.

Replying to moritz:

Starting with parrot r48710, Rakudo segfaults during module loading. This completely kills Rakudo's spectest target, and should be repaired or reverted.

The changes from r48710 were reverted in r48715. This 'solves' this ticket. TT #1749 (the problem r48710 was addressing) remains open.
