Description

Parrot now has access to the GCC Compile Farm, graciously hosted by the Free Software France organization. We need to figure out how best to use it i.e. installing BuildBot, TapTinder, smokers and benchmarkers across different configurations of Parrot, such as ICU/GMP/optimized/etc.

I noticed on the wiki that Nick Clark uses the Compile Farm for testing Perl 5. He could probably give us some pointers on using it effectively.
