note that sending the email to that address does not currently notify the user that a ticket was created, nor what the ticket number was. Nor does the parrotbug utility use this email address to actually send an email.

See also TT #920, where I ask whether we prefer tickets created via email to have the file created by parrotbug as an email attachment or to have the content of the file created by parrotbug pasted into the body of the email.
