Description

At #ps on May-31-2011  http://irclog.perlgeek.de/parrotsketch/2011-05-31 a decision was made to include a snapshot of winxed in the parrot repo.

This ticket tracks the progress on that subject.

Branch with_winxed created in b735529, ready to test.
