299,Access attributes of PMC from derived pir classes,NotFound,,"There are several problems related to pir classes derived from PMC. The root of the problem is that GET_ATTR can't access to the PMC attributes when used from the pir object of the derived class.

This patch is the beginning of a solution to the problem: it tries to access the first proxy pmc found in the parent list when a class attribute is not found.

It also modifies the ExceptionHandler pmc to use this functionality and make work a failing test.
