web site updates (1.0.0 roadmap item)

This is a meta-ticket tracking the various website-y things in need of updating. It represents the "web site updates" task on ParrotRoadmap.

Since Trac doesn't seem to have proper ticket dependency support, I'm just going to maintain a list of child tickets in the description of this one.

Highlights from today's #parrotsketch:

The Languages wikipage was already updated, I closed that ticket. Added one for merging parrotcode.org into parrot.org (similar to #157, yet another site).

I'm rejecting this meta ticket - We have the ability to track things by milestone, and keywords, which combined should let us avoid having more tickets about tickets.

Added "web" to the keywords on all these tickets. (Some already had "website" as a keyword.)
