"Current development release" on download page lags behind

Description

On  http://www.parrot.org/download the link "Current development release" points to 0.9.0, also it should be 0.9.1 (unless there's some policy about what we call a "development release" of which I know nothing).

To ensure that this doesn't happen again, we should either have automatic testing or that link should be autogenerated; both could be done by checking for the latest svn tag that looks like a release number.

This is fixed for 0.9.1.

Updating the aliases that point to the current release is part of the release manager guide, so should happen for every releease. There isn't a way to do it automatically, because some releases are "stable" while others are "devel", so different links will be updated. (A "Current supported release" link will be added for 1.0.)
