remove "Copyright" subversion property from files

Description

Numerous files still have a subversion property named "Copyright" set to The Perl Foundation. This was a result of an early (and aborted) attempt to use custom properties in SVN.

Remove these properties before the 1.0 release (The properties were added with a script, and can be removed with a script.)

No script needed. Just a command :

$ svn propdel Copyright --recursive .
