Description

The dynamic opcode libraries dynoplibs/myops.ops and dynoplibs/danops.ops are deprecated and will be removed after 1.0.

It appears Coke did part of this earlier this week:

Remove dan.ops.

Take care removing the other dynoplib, as we need to keep a (tested) way
to create new dynoplibs, even if we're not shipping any ourselves.
