The docs here are eventually going to be autogenerated and stuff on parrot.org somehow, but in the meantime, this file is simply a pod2html of

 http://svn.perl.org/parrot/trunk/docs/gettingstarted.pod

And so can be fixed by anyone with parrot commit bits.
