Binaries should not conains rpath

Description
Unfortunately I have to find out, that the created binaires of parrot contains rpath. According to the Fedora packaging guidlines binaries should not contains rpaths. Instead a separate ld.so.conf file shuld be used.
I was able to remove the rpaths with chrpath but this is not the prefered way to do this.
