Now that we have it, we need to update all our "report a bug" documentation, fix ./parrotbug, and decide what we're going to do with the parrotbug@… (I vote for either forwarding it to the new address or creating a bounce that points to the website for directions)

Kinda. It's only half-working.

I think so. email2trac can create new tickets, but it returns an error when you try to reply to an existing ticket email. That part is still being worked on, and I think it's an important part of email2trac's overall functionality.

It looks like TT #263 was created by a test script, and not by a working install of email2trac ("Bas van der Vlies" is the author of the email2trac scripts).

email2trac is not functional, and won't be functional before 1.0. Please update all references to parrotbug@… to point users to the ticket creation web interface.
