Description

Reported by JG Morse: "BTW the README file says to install Bundle::Parrot but CPAN does not seem to have that available anymore."

cpan[1]> i /Bundle::Parrot/
CPAN: Storable loaded ok (v2.15)
Going to read /root/.cpan/Metadata
  Database was generated on Sun, 29 Mar 2009 18:26:56 GMT
Bundle    Bundle::Parrot::Smoke  (SMPETERS/Bundle-Parrot-Smoke-0.01.tar.gz)
Module    Bundle::Parrot         (N/A)
2 items found

cpan[2]> install Bundle::Parrot
Warning: Cannot install Bundle::Parrot, don't know what it is.
Try the command

    i /Bundle::Parrot/

to find objects with matching identifiers.
CPAN: Time::HiRes loaded ok (v1.86)

But, he compiled and passed the full test suite without it. Should we simply remove Bundle::Parrot from the README file as unnecessary (and non-existent)?
