voting system for parrot foundation

Description

Given the unlikely event of having all the members of the parrot foundation in a room to conduct a vote, it would be nice if we had a plugin for trac (since that's where we keep the list of svn committers and therefore foundation members) that let us create and tally the votes mandated in:

I suggest it does. We have a voting mechanism on our primary website, I don't see any compelling reason to either duplicate it or move it to Trac. Closing, rejected.
