Add 'Wiki' to top row buttons at http://www.parrot.org

Our home page currently displays this row of select buttons at the top of the page:

At least 50% of the time I go to the site, what I really want to do is go to the wiki. So I recommend that Wiki be added, perhaps between Docs and Languages.

We can't add any more top level buttons, as it ruins the formatting on, at least, allison's browser.

(Both Jerry & I have tried to do this recently to no avail.)

I'd recommend killing the "Developer" link and replacing it with a link to the wiki.

Perhaps a happy medium would be to make a link to the  Wiki the first bullet point on the "Developer" page.

It goes to  http://www.parrot.org/dev, which is probably good enough. My suggestion is that a link to the Wiki be the first item on that page.
