Can't read '/usr/lib/parrot/1.2.0/include/config.fpmc' : No such file or directory

This because on a 64bit computer config.fpmc is installed under /usr/lib64.
This little patch use libdir which provides the correct path.
It is also used in the SuSE patch. I tested it under Fedora.",patch,closed,normal,,install,1.2.0,medium,fixed,,,,,
