[PATCH] PLATFORMS update for 1.3 release for Solaris 8/SPARC

Description

The attached patch removes the sol8-sparc-gcc_4.1.0 entry from PLATFORMS. It no longer builds. (See TT #700 for details, if interested.) Unfortunately, I do not anticipate having time to do anything further about this for quite a while.
