parrot_debugger generates a Bus error if you set a break point before the source is loaded

Please note: the debugger is currently under reconstruction

A friendly error message would be better.

This has been fixed in r40321, but I am leaving the ticket open until I can properly test the fix.

I am going to close this TT and create one for actually making breakpoints work, which is a lot more important.
