Perhaps you could identify yourself a bit more and explain what you're up to?

Whenever a new ticket is created, a notice appears on #parrot. A profusion of such notices from someone we don't know appears spammy.

parrot.org is hosted by OSUOSL, kid51; Rudy is one of our admins.

He's testing the functionality for getting email2trac working, as he mentioned.

Also, even if he was a spammer, telling spammers they're spammy doesn't usually help, and in fact just makes the spam worse.
