Would this be something we would want to host at lists.parrot.org? Or should we think about setting up a more user-focused domain similar to the mailing lists hosted for Perl Monger groups at [http://www.pm.org/ pm.org]? In the short-run, I could always host such a group on my own server. But I suspect that pretty quickly people would want to see that the list is on something more explicitly connected to Parrot.
