The MANIFEST.generated file has no mention of dynops.

This issue currently blocks the rand dynops from being installed which block Rakudo from working since it relied on the Random PMC.

It looks like dynops actually get installed to /usr/local/lib/parrot/1.4.0-devel/dynext/

This has been fixed as of r40598 and a patch has been submitted to the Rakudo folks (via moritz++) at
