[PATCH] add word boundary assertions to code that looks at library flags in the hints files.

Description

r40798 (in the pluggable_runcore branch) added word boundary assertions to config/init/hints/linux.pm

This patch does the same to the other files in that directory. config/init/hints/linux.pm is left untouched to avoid later merge conflicts.
